These include customised items, perishable goods like food or flowers, and particularly ordered artistic creations like sculpture, ceramics, and art. Regretfully, gift cards can only be returned or refunded if your legal rights are met. They cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Face masks and other personal products with broken hygiene seals, such as earrings, makeup, and similar products, cannot be returned.

Before talking with the seller, kindly do not harm or discard any item or relevant outer pressing, as this could influence your qualification for a discount. In no less than 14 days of the dealer getting the returned thing or sooner, assuming that the return verification is provided, discounts will be straightforwardly applied to the first instalment card. The reimbursement will be processed 14 days after the cancellation was reported if no products were delivered.
